Being the Church
There tends to be a big build up towards Easter weekend and then afterward it is easy to sort of get a little complacent. I think the big reason for the build up is that there are a lot of people who are more open to the idea of the gospel message at Easter than perhaps at any other time of the year. It makes sense to do whatever we can to tap into that openness in as many ways as we can. But as the church, we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus every week, every day, and every moment. So, with the big weekend behind us, we really need to get busy and be the church. Are you ready?
