thankful5 – August 29 2012 – Jesus Moment
My thankful5 for today on a Jesus Moment is:
1.) I am thankful for the unfailing love of God
2.) I am thankful that God is good and His mercies are new every morning
3.) I am thankful for the blessing of early morning quiet times
4.) I am thankful for the glory of His presence
5.) I am thankful to be a part of the Vineyard community
I am in awe of the way that God loves me. His love is so high and deep and wide. His love is so awesome that it is impossible to capture it with words. They all seem to miss the majesty and glory of this love of God. Drink in, breathe in His love and presence. Find rest and peace for your souls. Life is found in Him. Be blessed today as His child, as His beloved, as the apple of His eye!

Thankyou, my Father;
For our little house pets and the love they give us each day.
For the quiet when I go outdoors this morning….after the storm.
For this amazing season of my life…who’d have guessed being a sr. Citizen would be so joyful?!
For every miracle in Your creation….John 1:3
For the love between human beings…..our life’s mainstay.
And….for Pastor Steve Lawes! Our blessed teacher and innovator .

I am thankful LORD today
-to work outside with Kristi
-for my family and friends
-for your guidance, you light my path, you go before me, the LORD
The LORD is my shepherd
-for you abundant blessings in our lives
-for my home, here and now, there and then
Today I am thankful for:
1. God blessing Sandy and I so much that we are able to help our daughter and grand kids during these times.
2. all the people who volunteer their time and talents at the Vineyard and all of God’s houses.
3. EJ who is taking care of our cats and watching out for our house.
4. tonight is the time to fellowship, eat and study God’s word at the Vineyard. May every body take advantage of this time. I will miss this week, but Good Lord willing, I will be there next week.
5. God’s never ending Love for me and all his Children.
I am thankful to be a part of God’s family.
I am thankful for the blessings He gives to me each day.
I am thankful for our return trip home next week.
I am thankful for our stay here with our girls.
I am thankful that there is prayer in my life.
I’m thankful to be a part of His story and not a part of the enemies destruction, for the love I have in my home, for a wonderful Freedom for life group last night, for the love that I have been able to show to others as He has softened my heart.

I am thankful
1. For Hope
2. To be a member in God’s family
3. For quiet time in my secret place
4. For our “unchurchy” church
5. For my healthy family
I am thankful:
-He protected me and kept my mind clear while 4 dogs attacked me on my way to the park…2 were pit bulls that kept attacking and biting and wouldn’t listen to their owner. Thankfully I was solo and kids were already at the park. I will contact owner today. Pray for wisdom.
-He provides our needs and allows rest for us during the upcoming “slow” season
-He gives BPVC courageous leaders who pray boldly for our church and community
-He allows me and my wife the joy to mold and guide our growing family
-we are almost done working on Wednesday nights…absence makes the heart grow fonder!
-Bob’s(our son in NY) friend Caleb is responding well to chemo from recent leukemia diagnosis!! Thank you church for prayers!!!

I am Thankful for 1 Every day opportunities to worship and share our savior with those around us. 2. My beautiful wife Jeri who God gives wisdom and discernment to when I have lost touch. 3. For My 3 sons who I love so much.. 4. For future opportunties to share Christ 5. Music and the God given ability to play and sing…
Today I am thankful to God:
1. That His hedge protection keeps Satan away.
2. That He loves me with a never-ending Love.
3. That I have time to visit my Father and sister today.
4. A very early birthday celebration and my new Nook!
5. The power of prayer.

* that he was watching over us today on the way home from work when some lady almost broad sided us!!
* for our wed. night date nights!!
* for our health
* that I finally had a good night sleep last night, its rare for me lately!!
* for seeing the dolphins on my way to work and on the way home, just makes my day!!
